Picnik, the best online photo editing program
I use different graphics programs such as Photoshop to edit images. But there are many occasions that requires a quick fix on a photo while I am away from my laptop. Luckily there are some online photo editing programs. The best one I have tried so far is Picnik. 
How to use it? Really simple:
1. upload an image. You can upload an image from your computer or from flickr, myspace, picasa album, facebook etc.
2. Now you are ready to work on it. You can change the size, color scheme, sharpness, contrast, and so on.
3. Next, you can apply different effect to the image, add text, use different stamps or forms, add frames, or go for more advanced editing tools by adjusting the curves.
4. Ready to save the final image. Well done!
